1. INTRODUCTION

(“Weary Rider LLC”, “us”, “we,” “Company”) is committed to respecting the privacy rights of visitors and other users of (the “Site”).  Weary Rider LLC created this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) to give you confidence as you visit and use the Site, and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices. 2.1. WHAT BASIC INFORMATION DOES WEARY RIDER LLC COLLECT?
In operating the Site, Weary Rider LLC collect personal information from you in several different situations. The first is if you should contact us via the “contact” page. In doing so, you will provide us with your name and email address. The second is if you decide to take advantage of the free become to the WearyRider.com.  Third is if you become a fan of the Weary Rider LLC through various social media outlets.

2.2. WHAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION DOES WEARY RIDER LLC COLLECT?
(a) AUTOMATIC COLLECTION. Our servers automatically recognize visitors’ domain names and IP addresses (the number assigned to computers on the Internet). The Site may also gather anonymous “traffic data” that does not personally identify you, but that may be helpful for marketing purposes or for improving the services Weary Rider LLC offer.

Your personally identifiable information will never be revealed to them by Weary Rider LLC.

3.1. WHAT DOES WEARY RIDER LLC DO WITH COLLECTED INFORMATION?
(a) PERSONAL INFORMATION. Weary Rider LLC do not disclose the personally identifiable information to any third parties other than those that Weary Rider LLC use to facilitate the functioning of the site such as a hosting Weary Rider LLC and email program for mailings.

(a) If requested in writing via email to admin@wearyrider.com, will provide you notice via email of said change 15 days prior to the change going into force, and

(b) Publish on the home page the fact an amendment will be made.
Should a court of competent jurisdiction rule this Amendment provision invalid, then this Amendment clause shall be terminated as part of this agreement. All amendments to the Terms shall be forward looking.
