Men’s Heated One-Touch Programmable Plug-In 12V Jacket Liner

A new Men’s Heated One-Touch Programmable Plug-In 12V Jacket Liner (P/N 98346-15VM, $425.00 size XS to 3XL) is the foundation of the system. This packable liner is powered by the motorcycle charging system, and has seven large heating panels (two chest, two back, two sleeve, and one collar) with infrared technology that generates immediate heat to penetrate the body for deep warmth. A wireless controller included with the jacket is worn on the wrist over a jacket sleeve and used to control heat settings with just a finger tap. The wrist controller pairs with a receiver within the jacket and enables temperature adjustment to one of five customizable heat levels the rider can pre-program. This liner can be worn as a casual jacket and is trim enough to wear as a bulk-free mid-layer. Stretch expansion panels on the sides, sleeves, and back shoulders enhance range of motion and reduce bulk. The jacket comes with a charger cable for the wrist controller, the garment receiver inside the jacket, and a complete motorcycle battery connecting harness.

For additional comfort and coverage, the Jacket Liner can be combined with Men’s Heated One-Touch Programmable Plug-In 12V Glove Liners (P/N 98347-15VM, $95.00 size S, L and 2XL), Men’s Heated One-Touch Programmable Plug-In 12V Pant Liner (P/N 98384-15VM, $295.00 size XS to 3XL) and the Men’s Heated One-Touch Programmable Plug-In 12V Sock Liner (P/N 98385-15VM, $125.00 size S to 2XL). Coaxial plugs on the jacket liner and pant liner cuffs power the glove and sock liners, but the heat level of each heat One-Touch Programmable garment can be adjusted independently with the wrist controller. For example, it’s possible to select more heat in the fingers and less in the torso.

Each Heated Programmable One Touch garment is backed by a three-year warranty.

When I started the job here at Cruiser I received a company phone. I had a Samsung Galaxy, which I loved, but the company provided me with an iPhone 6s. Most people would have been super stoked, but all I kept thinking was how damn fragile the thing was. I didn’t even want to use it in fear of dropping it and shattering the screen. Well Rokform not only took all of my worry away, they made my handling of my phone so much better.

The Predator is CNC Machined from Aircraft Grade Aluminum. They have designed this case to protect from almost any scenario and with covering the least amount of the phone surface. Your phone is protected if dropped on one of the corners, the sides, back and most importantly the front. The case doesn’t interfere with any of the buttons, camera, charging port or speaker. The predator doesn’t add hardly any weight, only 1.4 ounces to be exact, nor does it take up any more space in your pocket.

One of the greatest features that Rokform does, is the magnetic case. I use this feature all the time. You get a magnetic puck to adhere to your car dash for easy mounting. For me and my truck, I don’t have a spot for that puck so I installed it on my bed frame. I love it there, it’s right by my head, I can charge it and it keeps my nightstand free of a phone and a charging cable flopping around. The magnet on the back of the case is covered by a rubber pad that keeps whatever you are sticking it to safe. I was on a Sportster Forty-Eight for a while and I would stick the phone right on top of the tank and have maps up and running. Not only did it not put one scratch on the tank, I rode on the freeway with it right there on the tank and not once did it even budge. Rokform has put a lot of time and effort in designing the magnet system that is safe to other electronics, cards, camera etc.

Simpson Ghost Bandit motorcycle helmet white

This helmet is damn decent for touring, a little bulky and shaky for real high speed, a little bit loud, but MUCH quieter than previous models from Simpson. I set up Sena’s 10r and I can hear my music fine but making phone calls is a little difficult. For the price point, this isn’t the quietest, lightest, or most aerodynamic helmet that you can get. But it IS a Simpson. It’s got that trademark tough guy look that no one else pulls of like they do, and it’s got those modern updates and conveniences now worked in.

Among the most stylish helmets on the market, the Ghost Bandit is updated with more features than you’ll find on any of the other steezy lids like the Bullitt or Gringo. If you’re a rider that was looking at buying a Simpson before, this is a no brainer.
